Growing from a manic restless child into a manic restless adult, Travis has studied movement and strength through the lenses of Martial Arts, Calisthenics and Weightlifting to name a few. He began training and coaching in 2008 and has had the privilege of learning from some of the smartest physiatrists coaches and PTs in the industry. He believes that well executed basic movements are key to most things, but good basics can be deceptively subtle. Ya, he's a massive nerd.

Kaisan is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist. He's also an amateur boxer who competes in the NYC area. As a kid, he was obese and prediabetic. He decided to make a change, lost over 100 pounds in a year, and never looked back. That transformation is why he coaches the way he does. He brings real fight training, HIIT, and strength work into every session and knows what it takes to start from scratch and build something lasting. When he's not in the gym, he's hiking, cooking, reading, or hanging out with family.
