Introductory Sessions

A way to try out our way of training and see what we would program for your individual goals.

The first session is what we call a Fitness Assessment. The first 20-30 mins will be spent filling out some basic health history paperwork, looking at starting weight, circumference measurements, body fat measurements and a movement screen to gauge where you need more stretching and/or strengthening.

The remainder of that hour will be spent abbreviating a workout geared towards whatever was uncovered during your screen. The remaining two sessions will be spent as full on workouts start to finish in whatever intensity is ideal for your goals.
