In the 3 training sessions we will discuss your fitness goals and work out your individual program. The group classes are a great way to keep up with your fitness goals outside of 1 on 1 sessions. In the nutrition consultation we will look at your regular diet and break down item by item what needs to change and what compromises you can make. All services run one hour long
