Family Workouts 

Our owner/trainer Travis has a background in Wushu and over 6 years teaching young children. Many of our clients are parents who are more than happy to incorporate their children into their sessions. We want to teach kids early on that fitness is an important part to living a healthy life, and that working out can be fun!

Parent & Me 

Don't have time for a babysitter? Looking to raise your kids with a health-oriented mindset? Set up your personal training session and bring them along! We now offer Parent & Me sessions for adults and up to two kids. Your children should be inspiration and support for your fitness, not a hindrance to it. The same individualized customer service experience we're famous for: now we're bringing kids into the workout. Minimum age: 7
